    Notes on prices: Discounts for 3+ week bookings in Winter.
    Changeover day: Change over day is flexible. Arrival after 15:00. Departure 9:30am, though this is flexible dependent on occupancy requirements on the departure day. In July and August the Change over day is to Friday.

    Booking notes: 20% in reserve. 20% a month before his arrival. Remaining 60% before entering. 30% deposit returned at the end.
